Marketplace Agreement

By entering into this Marketplace Agreement the seller represent that you are an adult of at least 18 years old, capable of validly entering into this agreements and performing your obligations. By registering for and using the Grabs services, you are AGREE to be bound by all TERMS AND CONDITION OF THIS AGREEMENT, AND ALL THE POLICIES OF THE PLATFORM ARE INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE.

We reserves the right of changes of this terms and conditions of this agreement from time to time without notify you.

Please note that  the Seller must allows merchant to collect the product payment on behalf.

Commission

The commission charged for seller store in Grabs is 5% (inclusive of payment gateway charges) for every successful transaction made.

For Example: 

Product Selling Price: 100

Shipping Fee: 6 (Excluded)

Total : 100

- Commission 5% : -5

Settlement Amount (RM) : 95

Products that can sell

All the products that sell online must be legally permitted to be sold and that must be comply the law. The seller must be responsible for all the products quality like defect, damaged and so on.

Payment

Grabs will remit to your bank account (7 working days) the sales proceeds after deducting Fees due and payable to us for offering the services to you.

Responsibility

The products listing online must have the right to use the advertising materials (photo, text and so on) when upload to Grabs website. The seller also need to responsible for the returns and product warranties after shipped.

Shipping Physical Deliverable (by seller)

The seller is in charge of their own fulfillment and shipping arrangement. The seller can add the shipping charges for local shipping.

  • The seller is responsible for all shipping arrangements once the order is confirmed with complete shipping address.
  • Grabs does not handle or guarantee the shipping, tracking, quality and condition of items or their delivery and shall not be responsible or liable for any damages or other problem resulting from shipping.
  • A tracking number is the great way to avoid disputes related to shipping. Grabs requires the seller to enter the tracking number once available at page order history. 
  • Order should be shipped to the correct address that provided by customer.

Products infringing a third party’s Intellectual Property Rights (IPR)Replicas, counterfeits or pirated versions of an original product
